Plastic Beehive Entrance Reducer

Beehive entrance reducers are an important tool to help control pests and for hive health. Generally when it is cold or the hive is low in numbers, a smaller entrance will help the bee defend against pests and robber bees.

These plastic beehive gates can be used a number of ways:

1) fully closed when moving your beehive.

2) slide the gate to partially open to control the size of the beehive entrance. The beehive entrance is designed to allow the bees to enter/exit but not larger pests such as mice.
