At Yarra Bee Company, we ship beekeeping tools, equipment, and bee-derived products to beekeepers across the United States.

Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping on most orders over $150 to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). This offer applies to standard ground delivery only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations. Any items not elligible for free shipping will be clearly marked on the product page.

Shipping Methods We ship via standard ground service using a carrier of our choice from a network of trusted providers, which may include UPS, DHL, Fedex, Amazon and other reliable carriers. For oversized or bulk orders, LTL freight may be used to ensure safe and secure delivery. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping method based on your order size, weight, and destination.

We are unable to delivery to PO Boxes.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Custom beehive tools and personalized items require 6–8 weeks for production before shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship items outside the United States.
