Metal Frame Rest

Metal frame rests help protect the wood ledges from damage caused by scraping and hive tool wear.

The frame rests (sometimes called frame runners) are nailed onto the inside of the boxes to protect the timber. They also make frames easier to slide and lift out of the box.

The metal frame rest comes in 2 sizes, 8 frame of 10 frame and are sold in packs of 10.  2 frame rests are used per box (1 each side).
