2 Frame Plastic Honey Extractor

Just great for me a hobby beekeeper with just one hive

Very happy with our first purchases. Being new to bèes and hives I havve no doubt you will be hraring from us again soon.

Given that it is barely spring down here it is too early to have any frames to extract but the bees are busy and the extractor set up looks functional for my 2 hive backyard apiary. I chose plastic for ease of cleaning with hot water.
Delivery was very quick and my queries were answered expeditiosly

I had to realign gearing and handle to be able to spin workings. Once realigned the unit functioned correctly.

Works well after some modification. The top bearing fell out on first use and required the addition of a washer and screw to hold it in place. The drive gears were rough and noisy and required filing to smooth out the burrs

Found the tap wasn’t securely tightened
So we had to disassemble it to tight the tsp then reassemble
We’re also finding the spinner crank slowly loosens the screws as we’re spinning until the gears slip and no longer mesh
So we might go with tighter nuts that don’t wiggle loose
Other than that we’re working with it and getting the job done

Works well quick to arrive, bottling honey now.

The extractor was delivered really quickly. I used it to extract an ideal super, it was easy to use, transfer honey and clean. This is a great, low priced extractor, ideal for someone with a few backyard hives.

Items arrived quickly. Quality was excellent. Communication was outstanding.

I am used to using a 2 frame reversible Pender extractor but it is awkward for just one hive. I used my new extractor a few days ago and found it did all I hoped. It was the first extraction for spring so the honey was a little thick and candied so didn’t get a good recovery. That’s not the extractors fault.
The drive gears rattled when I let the handle go ,that was annoying, so I bolted a steel bar to the handle to balance it and then it ran much more smoothly. It is nice an light and easy to use and I think it be good for job I have
